Many people ask how much money they need for trekking in the annapurna area. Most of them will spend between 10 to 20 Euro per day. Prices are very low in the lower parts of the trek, where goods a easely transported from the nearby roads. The further you go up, the more expensive evereything will be.

Be sure to have allwas some extra money with you, you might have to pay a flight or wait in expensive Thorung Phedi for some days when there is bad weather.

People (like me), who love to spend many days in the higher regions like Manang, Tilicho lake or Muktinath area will have a higher average than the fast people, who have relatively fewer days up there.

electricity: probable only during a few hours in the day

Phone: Never be sure, that existing phones will work, somtimes the maoist blow up the transmitters and then for weeks no communication is possible at all.
